Let’s be real, there is always coffee in her hand and sometimes the best part of her day is the break she takes when she gets to make a new pot.

Did you know there’s a way to make espresso on the go? I got one of these a couple weeks ago and it has saved me so much money while at school. She could also use a mug for the office, and a to-go cup for in between so she can continuously pump the caffeine she needs to stay sharp.

Her life is in the palm of her hand because she’s making the most of her commute. Shouldn’t her phone be as awesome as she is? This cell phone case is classy, but still fits her coffee loving aesthetic. Her phone definitely needs an external battery so she’s never out of the loop.
I always keep a cute folder with me so I can bring any paperwork (from resumes to drafts of blog posts) with me everywhere I go. I usually need one that’s pretty robust so it won’t get destroyed in my bag. I’ve had my eye on this one from Kate Spade for a while.

No matter what her job, every Working Woman needs to have a few desk staples to keep her world in order. I keep a small notebook with me in my bag at all times, and I try to keep a larger one at my desk. This allows me to plan, organize my thoughts, and jot down any stray ideas I have (ex: you only have one pair of socks left, do laundry tonight) in the moment so I don’t forget them.
Her laptop case should fit her needs, like this one with a pocket for chargers, USB drives, and headphones. I also make sure my desk always has a stapler for last minute papers, an endless pile of paperclips, and a huge stack of post it notes.
